Exhibits: Transportation projects will be on display at 9:30 a.m., so please come early! Agenda: Agenda items to be discussed include updates by John Fasana, Metro Board Member and Council Member, City of Duarte; and a panel discussion, "Regional Trade, Goods Movement and its Economic Impact." Panel participants are Bill Carney, Executive Director, San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership; Jack Kyser, Senior Vice-President and Chief Economist, Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation; and Rick Richmond, Executive Director, Alameda Corridor East. RSVP by Friday, Dec. 10 by sending an e-mail to mobility21coalition@lachamber.org Public Transit Courtesy Shuttle: If you are intending to take public transportation to the Pacific Palms Conference Resort, Majestic Realty Co. and the Pacific Palms Conference Resort are providing a courtesy shuttle to and from the Metro stop at the intersection of Valley Boulevard and Azusa Avenue. This service is free of charge, however reservations are required. To make reservations for the courtesy shuttle, please call or email Karen Barnett at 213.580.7565 or kbarnett@lachamber.org. The deadline for courtesy shuttle reservations is 12 noon on Monday, December 13. Take Metro Bus 484 to Industry Hills from Downtown Los Angeles: To get to the Metro stop at Valley Blvd. and Azusa Avenue from downtown Los Angeles (near Union Station), depart on Metro 484 East - this bus stop is ½ block south of Union Station on Alameda Street, where the 101 Freeway crosses Alameda Street. Metro 484 East runs every 20 minutes, regular fare is $2.25 one way. The following arrival and
departure times are approximate. It is best to arrive at least 10-15
minutes before your scheduled departure. NOTE: The courtesy shuttle will have two pick-ups at this location: 9:10 a.m. and at 9:40 a.m. Return trip: After the Mobility 21 meeting concludes, the courtesy shuttle will have two departures from the Pacific Palms Conference Resort for the Metro stop at Valley Blvd. and Azusa Avenue: at 11:50 a.m.. and again at 12:10 pm. The return route is Metro 484 West, and runs every 30 minutes. Regular fare is $2.25 one way. The following arrival and departure times are
