of life, homeland security and creative financing among
session highlights
(October 25, 2005) Transportation and
its role in the economy, global marketplace and homeland
security
will
be the focus of the day on Nov.
14 when the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation
Authority and the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce,
in partnership with the Automobile Club of Southern California,
host the fourth annual Mobility 21 transportation summit
at the Long Beach Convention Center.
Mobility 21: LA County
Moving Together is aimed at bringing together leaders from
the public and private sectors, including elected officials,
transportation providers, business and the community, to
develop solutions to the region’s traffic challenges.
